Good Health is the primary concern of Just Greens owner James Lim. He started Just greens from a food stall some twenty years ago and the business blossomed into what is now, a successful restaurant chain with flagship restaurants in China Town and Joo Chiat. Only recently has the toxic affect of meat-eating become so well-known to the public, but Just Greens has been treating families to non-toxic vegetarian food for odds on years at their Joo Chiat Restaurant. In the evenings, you will find families dining out alongside construction workers and professional people as well - a rather cosmopolitan elite. With the emphasis on family bonding at this year's fair, what better way to celebrate than to treat your family to the healthiest cuisine. It makes good sense; how can a family that is full of toxins from the food they eat, treat each other or anyone outside the family with respect, tolerance and goodwill for very long?
